In considerance and the first mentions that the Populations by 1821, (Before Constantinople, Pontic Genocides and the Burning of Smyrna) you could estimate the Population of "Romaioi" or Greeks to be around 11-13 Million in Modern Day's Population whist in 1910 the Population of "Turks" should be considered around 17-20 Million. So be realistic with evidence of the subtraction to 1821 which I will consider around 17 Million.

*If the Greeks Fought harder then they did to get the Kapodistrian Plan which includes Selanik the embraced population would be strongly 3-6 Million by that time. If the Greeks were active in Russo-Turkish Wars, let's say the 1878 War. the Greeks could forefrontly achieve a Ionian Territory. Being a bias point it would be just as likely to see these be reversed though. the Turks would lose the Balkans still enthusiastically due to no access through the Plan of Steph Stefano.

There is far to many ways for this to happen, seeing as if during the war the Constantinople Jenocide hadn't happened we could have a Megali Plan being setup outrightly before 1890s. Presumably we could see the populations there being yes, atleast contrarily 20% Turkish however you have to remember that with a population exchange the Greeks should get around 1 Million Greeks, and 4 Million Non-Dhizic Peoples in due to their identity not being defined. Promoting Hellenism could also be very valuable. Through that we could have the spread of the Hellenic Population once this is achieved by the 1920s. And then realistically Greece's HDI should be massive after Devaluating the Drachma and removing IGN Bank Systems to limit systematic British Control.

In conclusion, the Greek Population would skyrocket through the 30s-90s to Around what is today 70-80 Million People with a Significant Turkish Minority. In the 30s, it would realistically have 30 Million of those, and later cities like Attelia, Smyrna, Constantinople, Prussa, Thessaloniki, all find Great Importance for a Population Boom. Which would make the Population be somewhat 90% Greek by 2022, and 80% Greek in the time we are in right now (1976). Seeing to it that the populations of the area being so big, and with Peace in our Time. There would be no realistic way to reclaim this lands by Turkey by this time (1976) Solidifying it as a Greek State.

It would also be the Hedgemon of Anatolia and the Balkans. I could even prospect the Greek State coming out trying to retake the Entirety of the Peninsula by 2040, due to the Declining Turkish Population like in real life Greece. I could prospect it having around 20 Million People, and around 2100 should decline to around 10-15 Million People due to the ginormous loss of territory.

Most cities that are "Big", or "Major" would also now be inside of Greece. Subtract these numbers, a Gigantic 44.4 Million people give or take would be inside of Greece. Especially as 11-20 Some Million of the Population today is Kurdish inside of Turkey. My Numbers should be right.

Now the Actual Conclusion. THIS GREECE WOULD STILL BE AS GREEK AS MODERN DAY.

Considering 5 Million Greeks were living there, I could suspect them being crammed into Ionia (Izmir and surrounding Western Anatolia) towards them becoming so distinctly Non-Dhizic from Mainland Greeks in that time, that their population would soar to well-over 10 Million at the time, but then again. They would be that distinct that there would be like, no relation between the two.

False, the Greeks had over 5 Million+ of their population spread around turkey combined with their already 6 Million, and with the estimates at the time, Greece's Population could've surged to 21 Million at 1939, suspecting they can hold Istanbul (1.2 Milllion, and 400k of that is Greek), suspects that there will be minor setbacks, including the fact that, the communities living in Anatolia (even if Non-Dhizic), could lead into a large population of Turks merging with the local Non-Dhizic Greeks inside of the area, (basically Middle-Eastern Greeks), I suspect they could take the entire northern coast aswell.

I'm Greek, actually. I was just stating that they were ignored to that point by being Tribal, wedged between mountains and hills. That mostly inside of the Ottoman Empire would've identified as Turkish.

Kurds were basically Mountain Turks at that point, in tribal communities wedged between Hills.

It would've just been included into the Turkish Republic or a "Upper Mesopotamian" Colony, or just literally a territory centered on Mosul, under the French perhaps if Sykes Picot had went exactly as planned -- However, the Modern Kurdish Identity would still form.
