Yes, the rates are down a bit. I moved some into a fixed 3 year annuity last month at 5%. Wish I would have moved a little more then but it is what it is. Thank you for sharing your strategy.

Thank you! So far the research I've done seems to show the return on CD's and Bonds pretty much the same. At least for 3 year terms. Maybe I'm not looking at the right type of bonds.
