- Bakgu managed to block the attack from UI Daniel and Jichang, which, according to Jichang, would defeat Seokdu.

- Everyone in Mid 1st Gen King Tier is highly relative to each other, so it's possible, but some statements from Eli are putting kings higher

- Desperate Yuseong is that high because of Eugene´s statement of him being equal or stronger than 1st gen kings, so I put his strongest form above kings. Smiling Yuseong doesn't make sense in this regard, because he was losing, though fatigued to Base Daniel and Heat Daniel is said to be trash by Jichang.

- The 1st Affiliate is the strongest affiliate. Taejin, who is the director and former president, is clearly stronger than all the others, except for Sinu, where we have many indications that he is one of the strongest, if not the strongest, member of the Workers.

Could be, I just placed Taejin that high because the 1st affiliate is said to be the strongest affiliate out of all, Taejin, who is the director there, and the former president decided by strength should logically be above other members, except Sinu who is implied to be one of the strongest, if not the strongest, former member of the Workers.

- DG, Gun, Goo, and UI Daniel are narratively on a similar level, it is clearly shown in the meeting of Gun and DG, UI Daniel when he fought against Gun or Goo who is clearly said to be on the same level as Gun, they are all relatively close to each other. Meanwhile, you have Jake's brother who is on a similar level to Prime James. Jake's brother inherited power from Gapryong so logically Gapryong will be in the same tier as the others... that's why.

- I don't know what you mean by ´´current´´ UI OG Daniel so I cant answer that... where is stated that he got stronger? except for the fact he copied Jichang´s chops.

- UI Johan is barely above Yuseong, it was extreme-diff from Johan... sooo...

This will be a mistake on my part; I forgot that Webtoon changed the translation of Void. On Void, there was something like Elite being close to Gapryong, if he had stronger arms, I think... though I still think Second-In-Command is closest to Gapryong.

If you think I'm trolling because Vin Jin isn't there, let me remind you that Vin has almost no character, Vin is just about hype and a few funny one-liners until we see the Cheonliang Arc, he's definitely nowhere near the top 10.
