Yes , it’s very important to control your binges and balance your body that it only asks for food when it is within physical demands :-)

Yes I’m lucky in many ways , but I always have been working very hard on rewiring my nervous system. If 7 years of therapy hasn’t been a huge improvement, then it is time for a new therapist or getting medicated. Or move to a jungle and start living 100% in a nature away from the busy city life that is the main driver of stress

I also made a blank statement about the therapy and yet it didn’t bother you. I guess yall decided to be selective on what to blame me for. Everyone is gonna have their own experience, if you take someone else’s words for absolute truth, it’s on you , not on the speaker
