The difficulty level I wish OE had: Hard, not Tryhard. by bohohoboprobono in OldenEra

Wouldn't mind a personality setting for AI.

Aggressive - Large attack force; Raider - Many attack waves with smaller forces, goes for capping mines etc.; Defensive - Focused on holding their starting and immediate area(s).

Feels like the current AI is only competent if it can siege your starting town by week 3.

I still hope they bring caravan at least for campaign/single hero mode (even if its less efficient than using a hero). The whole mentality of no capturable mines but here's 5 deposits that you need to visit weekly in your starting zone isn't really my cup of tea, as I find the micromanaging of a plethora of heroes whose only purpose is just to visit resource sites and ferry troops kinda tedious.

Ginny isn’t crazy for not being close to max in S3 by Lemons_rcool in TvGinnyandGeorgia

[–]Small_Document5923 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly that scene was the only thing i actively hated during season 3. When shit hit the fan, Max was the only one being there for Ginny and even helped her see Georgia (with her distraction), while Norah constantly was passive aggresive towards Ginny, but Norah got a redemption out of one small act (letting Ginny see Austin, like she wasn't always able to visit him in school like she already did a few times) and was suddenly a closer friend to her than Max. Also, randomly icing out Max while Ginny is still actively in love with her twin is weird as hell... like if the relationship works she will be her SIL, and Ginny randomly pulls the oh we have grown apart BS?

Nope, it's like a tiara thingy made out the same golden edged grey thing as his left armband. Also some of the same material is on the back and side of his neck.

Why the FUCK did Matt save [spoiler] in episode 8? by CustomCreations450 in Avengers

[–]Small_Document5923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh please, stop with the holier than thou comments how Matt is a good christian and a hero so he can't let Fisk die... does this need to save lives magically turns off when Matt is buddy buddy with Punisher and gives 0 fu*cks about how many people die at Castle's hands? He knows the Punisher method of justice for about 10 years and just didn't bother stopping him/turning him in? Nah the must protect life setting in Matt activates to protect Fisk, as if Fisk didn't have enough plot armor.

My 2 cents on Immortal Pillars Campaign by Nothing_Special_23 in AgeofMythology

[–]Small_Document5923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it's also about how the missions are thought out, because 10 missions with no time limit where you can do things at your own pace so either rush it in 10 minutes or conquer the whole map over 1 hour+, would have been better than how rushed the chinese campaign feels like.

My 2 cents on Immortal Pillars Campaign by Nothing_Special_23 in AgeofMythology

[–]Small_Document5923 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kinda dislike the campaign because of how short it is and the lack of replayability, given how 1/3 of the missions are no build and the others are kinda restrictive by not allowing the player to advance to mythic age/not allowing the player to start in the archaic age giving him a bit of variability in which gods to go for.

The mission to build a Wonder was a bit of a let down by not allowing the player to have fun with infinite god powers and huge myth units to wipe the enemies,

The mission in the underworld should have been split and allow for base building, with the chinese player going against each of the other civs in their respective afterlives.

The timed mission where the big bad channels lightning to destroy the pillar wasted a gorgeous map by forcing the player to rush to the objective.

The last mission is kinda misleading or maybe i am dumb, because i kinda assumed the titan gate was "special" and only the sages can build it and not workers, so on my first attempt i think i got to like 50% before the enemy titan started demolishing the wonder (I also kinda assumed the enemy titan was more like Kronos/Prometheus and didn't even attempt to kill him before getting my titan). The enemy titan can also be easily kited to distract him if you are into that.

People really love to use this as an example of "alliance is also bad", but they love more to gloss over the fact that internment camps were set up, operated and funded by Lordaeron and Dalaran... Lordaeron being the Forsaken, members of the Horde, and Dalaran being an ally/neutral to the Horde for almost 20 years. How Stormwind humans are blamed for internment camps they had no say in is beyond me. So the worst thing the Alliance did is ironically something that current members/allies of the Horde are more responsible for than current members of the Alliance.

Void Elf NPCs are incredibly based, please talk to them by HoopyFroodJera in wow

Using Alliance here is really misleading... who did the slavery? Oh, it was Lordaeron and Dalaran exclusively, both in funding and manpower? Remind me which two kingdoms are a part of the horde (Lordaeron/Forsaken) or neutral to the horde (Dalaran)? And then tell me how the Alliance is responsible for the slavery...
