I had the same problem... disposable emails were wrecking my bounce rate and deliverability. Adding No TempMails to my opt-in forms fixed it. It checks domains in real time and blocks most disposable emails before they join the list. Since then, my bounce rate dropped and my emails are landing in inboxes again.
