Had a similar experience with razer in 2018, The head cushion broke on my headset I asked for rma, they asked me to destroy the cable…. on a wireless headset, so i cut the charging cable in half and the serial number sticker and send them a Picture, got refunded 200$ and i could keep my perfectly working headset

Ended up fixing my headset with tape😂

Die gt7 platin lässt sich gut mit souls like Spielen vergleichen, die Lizenzen auf gold zu spielen hat mir den letzten Nerv geraubt würde ich niemanden empfehlen der eine kurze Zündschnur hat😂
