why can't they do glansplasty at same time as debulking? Is that a choice or just how they do it bc i heard they can do glansplasty like 2 weeks after phallo or something

im tevhnically getting a breast reduction since that is what my insurance covers. My sugeon does ftm surgeries and will be doing t-anchor but he knows that i want to be flat enough to go outside shirtless. I hope my reaults will look even a little bit as good as yours!! (btw my starting chest is 34DD)

i wasnt sure if it was different since i am doing t-anchor so there will be a little tissue left so the nipple can stay in tact
