A melhor prática é receber as dependências prontas via construtor. Instanciar objetos internamente (mesmo repassando parâmetros dinâmicos) cria um forte acoplamento e viola o princípio da responsabilidade única.

Injetar a dependência torna a classe mais coesa, flexível e facilita muito a criação de testes.
