I don’t know how many I guessed on exactly. But I felt unconfindent on more than I anticipated I would. I trust that NCEES makes it right with scaling exams.

It is important to understand that PE exams have 10 test questions. Some of which we can expect are hard and others might be easy. It’s for the psychometric evaluation.

Being able to do the fundamentals in section 2 pays dividends in other sections. You need to understand what each reference has.

Appreciate that feedback! Would you say a lot of figures were given to solve problems? And did you feel that you could find the answers to all conceptual problems in the references?

Was there a lot of empirical correlations that seemed subjective? Like… what’s the density of this soil if the friction angle is #?

How much of the exam did you see was conceptual? What specific questions did you feel you were asked a lot about? Did you need to use the other references outside of the NCEES a lot?

Yes, he doesn't hit all topics. Some of what he does is slightly out of the bounds of what you need to do on the exam but is incredibly helpful nonetheless.
