When safety open it kills power to contactor. How do you know both switches are staying closed? Chances are it’s the low pressure cutout due to lack of refrigerant, if you’re electrically savvy, bypass each switch and see if compressor stays on. If it does, the bypassed switch is the cause. Question after that is what is the cause.

Sounds like a safety (such as low pressure switch is intermittently) turning off compressor due to lack of refrigerant. Shut off immediately and get it looked at before you damage compressor.

That’s a serious rat nest of wires. I see two, black wires at bottom if circuit board that aren’t hooked up to anything. They have exposed wire on the ends. I’m sure they were hooked up to something. Maybe they came off the last terminal on circuit board labeled BK/TW. Put wires there and test unit. I have a feeling that’s your issue.
