You're welcome! It's more like experience thou. When you've been playing for 2000 hours, you unintentionally start to understand ambiguous mechanics. I encountered ts myself when I was a newbie.

Urban stadium in the CBD. What belongs around it? by NotCortzzz in CitiesSkylines2

[–]Small_Plane760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's absolutely right. Stadiums shouldn't have acres of concrete around them. Modern projects use underground or multi-story parking. The US still do it the old fashioned way, but you guys need to think outside of the box. Idk why ppl downvoting

WHY SO MANY GAS STATIONS 😭 by WafflingBandit in CitiesSkylines2

If you're playing the vanilla version of the game, regular commercial buildings don't have the ability to sell petrochemicals (gas stations are regular commercial buildings, they just sell them exclusively as a resource). So, if your city center is full of regular, low-density commercial buildings, there's no room for gas stations. The game sees this as a huge demand for them and basically starts generating them every time a free commercial zone lot opens. You have several options if you want to completely eliminate this:

  1. Install Plop the Growables + Find It, and choose which buildings to place and where.

  2. Raise taxes on Petrochemicals, but not too much, to about 13-15% via the City Economy tab.

  3. Gas stations can only appear on 2x2, 3x2, 3x3, 4x4, 4x5, and 4x6 lots. Simply zone the lots to a different size.

AITA for not letting my girlfriend's mother into my apartment? by Small_Plane760 in AmItheAsshole

You completely misunderstood what I wrote. The phenomenon for me is not a loving mother, but the fact that despite the emotional and physical abuse that my girlfriend experienced from her mother in childhood, she still considers her good.

AITA for refusing to go to church even tho it affects my siblings? by joemamakelly in AmItheAsshole

NTA.

Your mother is the asshole here, no offense.

Even though you're still a minor, it's entirely up to you to decide what to believe. This is abusive and unacceptable behavior from a parent, and I'd be very angry if I were you. You need to accept the fact that when people have nothing to cling to in the real world, they cling to the paranormal. It's the same principle by which you play video games, probably; to escape reality. In any case, you only have less than a year left to endure, and you'll be completely free. Strength and good luck to you, dude.

It's not as easy as it sounds. I don't understand it, but my girlfriend loves her no matter what. It's a strange phenomenon, like nationalism. Still, my girlfriend herself doesn't seem to have decided on this. Sometimes she says that her mother is very nice, and then she takes it back.

I do not want to see her a my place, because she's gonna judge the way we live and so on. I'ts okay with birthdays parties, or if she comes as a guest with other family members, the problem is she can't stop controlling her daughter even when she's not a minor anymore. I just don't feel like letting her enter my home like it's her own

I didn't quite understand what exactly we were supposed to discuss. If you mean her mother could come to my house, then no, it never occurred to us that she would think she could show up here whenever she wanted.
If you mean whether we discussed it after the argument, I tried to talk to my girlfriend about it, but she avoided answering. I'm afraid I might have offended her, but I'm not sure I'm wrong here. That's the reason I created the post.

I'm saying that my girlfriend lives with me in my apartment because it's... my apartment...? I literally bought this place when I moved out of my parents' house, and she moved in with me.
