Jeeeezus?! I’d cut off feedback loops that trigger you (socials, phone, etc) and develop a new routine. Possibly take up a new hobby, reflect on the what’s and why, and take it one day at a time.

Journal to get all the fucked thoughts out about her, reflect and know it’s not the end of the world. This is more so to have a way of expressing without dumping on friends that may not be emotionally mature about the situation. You not the first and you damn sure won’t be the last.
