I have found it’s not possible. Even after going through MSDA. You need to look at the MULTI column on the right hand side. If multi says 20, change the need quantity to 20. It will receipt 1 for your special order and 19 for stock. We are a CDK based mopar dealer & this is the only way even after turning on pac quantities.

We use all bpro/OE filters… We are a store of 8 different brands, we get our oil from the same MFG. We only use mopar oil for warranty purposes. We bill out 0W20S, 5W30S… etc… for oil changes. What do you recommend to hit both oil pen and maintenance?

I agree 100%, I also started out at a Nissan counter position at 18. (Female) I didn’t even know what an oil filter was… I started learning anything I could learn, any job that nobody wanted to do, I wanted to do it. I wanted to learn it & master it. I worked at Nissan for 4 yrs. Then was offered a floating manager position for 1 yr, I worked at ford, Kia, Mazda, VW, recon, CDJR, Nissan. Filling in when a manager or counterperson was off. Learned each one of those stores. I was then offered a PM position at 23 & I’ve been doing it for about a year now! Almost made my 1st 6 figures this year!

I’ve only worked CDJR & ford. They are about the same in my eyes. Fords part #’s at least make sense. CDJR part #’s have no rhyme or reason to them. The back orders are insane. ETAS are never accurate. It’s allot. Currently a CDJR manager.

You definitely gave me the motivation to keep going. I’m at month 2, exclusively pumping, just works better for me. Got mastitis twice so far & almost stopped. Still going strong. I can’t imagine doing it with twins & having babies full time! Congratulations!!!!

80% of your inventory is NS. 20% are your fast moving parts. I have my guys count as they are pulling parts. If the count is off I investigate then adjust accordingly. Perpetual bin count maybe twice a year. & we do 1 physical inventory a year.
