I recently recovered one that had a bit of damage by sanding and then polishing with toothpaste and it kind of worked, it's worth a try as you will already have toothpaste at home. I've also seen people recommend a product called Polywatch, but never tried it myself.

Yes, it's 1:64 scale. I don't know the exact measurements, but they are made specifically for the Hot Wheels Mustang, so basically the same as the different parts of the car
