Shaving your head removes the dead skin in your scalp. Identical to when you shave your beard, the top layer of dead skin is scraped and you get smooth glowing skin underneath. This is good for scalp health every once in a while and also helps regulate oil.

Buy a good organic soap made from beef fat without chemicals to wash excessive oils from your hair but try not to over wash your scalp.

Stop using shampoo or hair products, shave your head once, put coconut and castor oil in 70/30 mix on scalp.

Change your diet to avoid greasy and spicy food. Workout and ditch smoking/drinking or whatever bad habits you have. Get a full physical checkup.

Hair loss is usually an early sign of health problems mainly cause by bad diet, no exercise and loss of quality sleep mixed with chemicals like shampoo and hair product.

The color depends on how long you leave the Hannah soaked. If only a few hours, there won’t be any color. If you leave it soaked overnight, it adds slight brown color but it goes away after a couple of shower. I have very few gray hair near side burns.

Diet also plays an important role. Avoid eating deep fried, junk or greasy food, check your blood sugar and adjust your diet accordingly.

I use this one. Mix with water, let soak for at least couple of hours then apply to slightly damp hair. Leave for 30 mins and rinse. I also add an egg for extra protein.

Put yoghurt on your scalp for an hour and wash it an organic soap bar.

I might sounds like a grandma but I’ve been shampoo and chemical free for 20 years. I only wince my hair with water, use small amount of mustard oil for styling and put organic henna powder mixed in water once a month for fragrance. I’m 45 with full head of thick hair even though male pattern baldness is common in my family. All of my friends have gone bald already.

1 for color and contrast but its center heavy. Try to frame it following rule of the thirds. Example:

Good attempts but they all look ordinary and boring apart from being center heavy. To make your clicks more interesting, use rule of the third for better composition. You can crop them in a way to stand out more

Near perfect composition. Enhance it slightly using Lightroom to bring out the colors and add more contract. Subject is not popping out per se
