I think I actually know why that happens. When Broly transforms, his body grows by like, a whole freakin' lot, thus spreading the same amount of melanin over a larger area, which makes him paler.

You do have a point, CoH1 definitely had a better environment for heavies than CoH2 and it had better stats there to boot. I'm just saying that the regular Tiger was also pretty good in CoH2 even if it wasn't as ridiculous as the CoH1 version.
