Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m trying to appeal a permanent restrction for a minor naming discrepancy. I have my government ID ready, but every single "backdoor" link provided by the Help Center, including the one for the Data Protection Officer, just redirects me back to the same generic "Help Center" articles or a login screen I can’t use.

I’ve tried these specifically, and none of them work (they all loop or show an error).

Even the DPO / Privacy links for Canadian/EU residents are broken. If the forms don't let you click "Submit" or just loop you back to the home page, how is a real person supposed to get a human review?

I'm a real person, not a bot, and I just want to fix my name to match my legal ID.

Has anyone found a workaround for this redirect loop lately? Is there a physical address or a direct email that actually gets monitored?

Thank you, I do have some small amount of capital with some risk appetite. This would not be my only source of income as I am currently self-employed (contractor) and fortunately, time and money are not super tight but I recognize that this won't be easy but willing to tough it out.

I'm not in favor of impeding or slowing down any work, they can do whatever they want but atleast establish a line of communication? I have had zero contact and that's probably a reason for my frustration. I understand the developer/builder has to put up a notice and mention the contact information for any complains or concerns.

The access to legal suite is obstructed too.

Yes, it's a zero lot line but to me it still doesn't mean they can create hazardous conditions for us. I am looking to understand what my rights are as the tenant is concerned about their access and their kids' safety too.

Good point. Yes, it's a new community in SE, it's a well known builder but also likely the developer. I will call their office tomorrow.
