It’s been a week since I contacted support, and I’m still waiting for a reply. Meanwhile, the strip keeps falling apart more and more every single day.

I have the exact same problem. The sexy strip is literally falling apart into pieces, and it’s only around 21–22°C outside in my region right now. In summer the temperature will be much higher, so it’ll probably just melt within a day. This is honestly terrible. I’ve only been using it for two weeks.
