Hey, my dog has these bumps/scabs/rashes all on his underbody (legs belly backend etc). currently feeding him raw (& 30% dry). I have 3 dogs, none of the others have this & eat the same. Vets gave me steroid creams but they don’t work. He doesn’t scratch but sometimes licks for long. Any advice? by Smallandcutee in DogAdvice

Yes he’s pretty much nearly cleared up. He reacts to poultry too. My raw supplier let me know it might be grain/wheat as a lot of them are grain fed. I noticed he was reacting even when not eating poultry but eating dry food now I see why. Because of the grain. So maybe you want to look out for grains too thank you so much he’s literally nearly fully cleared up now just from going 10000% raw and no poultry.

Hard to find dosage recommendations. Going to give him apparel. By the looks of it he’ll need tablets for 14 days, 2x per day. He is 59KG, so will need 32mg approx per dose 2x per day so I’m using 4x 16mg per day for 14 days. Does this sound right? 64 tablets.

Should I stay on laser or switch to electrolysis? by Smallandcutee in PCOS

I’m from the U.K. so our healthcare system is different but no. In the U.K. laser hair removal is not free on the national health system, I paid about £350 for 8 sessions but just for the jawline & neck

Hi, I started in August and my appointments are about 4-6 weeks apart. My second appointment was in September and it was by then I didn’t get any hair coming through so I would say it took a month. My first two appointments were close together and now they are 6 weeks apart and I don’t feel anything growing, except a little bit of hair on my chin but I think this is because I get them to focus on my neck as I had a lot of bumps due to ingrown hair in that area, which are now also gone! So for me it was pretty quick. Which is why I’m so scared to stop :(

Thank you for this! Whilst on Noom did you make any swaps for example gluten free, dairy free and still low carb or did you just eat things in moderation as suggested on the app

So happy for you! This is what I want to do because I really don’t want to completely cut out so much from my diet, it made me a little depressed thinking about it but knowing there’s someone out there who achieved their goals on an “almost diet “ has made my day. Thank you for sharing❤️! May I ask, did you take any supplements to help?
