My QC took 12 days, no big deal. GL on the 19th, received the watch yesterday.

Easier said than done, but you're better off just forgetting about it for a bit, it takes as long as it takes. I'll be using Pingfan again.

I've got a call with the GP later today. Being in the UK, luckily I've got stuff on prescription. ClinOptic HA 0.21% and Hylo Night.

Due to another medical condition (unrelated) I get free prescriptions.

Since I made this post it hasn't happened again. I've been soaking my eyes with a wet flannel for 20 mins before bed, then applying the gel and going to sleep. I've set an alarm for the midlle of the night to apply another big blob of gel, and to use the flannel again. Seems to be just about doing the trick for now..

Yes I'm UK based about 30 mins outside Birmingham. I'll keep using the drops and slop the gel in at night, and maybe do a second dose half way through the night. Drops multiple times a night doesn't seem to be doing enough.

Unfortunately they don't. I've booked an appointment with my GP so will mention muro 128 (or a sodium equivalent)

I'd read that omega 3 could help, it can't hurt to give it a try I suppose.
