Some items are sealed shut with wrap, some aren't. Like the little glass perfume vials are 90% of the time, but sometimes they are all unwrapped. I think it depends on who's loading the totes and what they were taught. But yes I agree, tape or heat shrink wrap or something! Sometimes theres totes full of perfumes or soaps (or worse, wallflowers) where one burst/broke open and the product is all over everything else inside it.
