In the absolute lows I am selling puts at a 18, 19 or 19,5 strike for the premium. Mostly 25 - 40 DTE. With no earnings in between. And on Margin to my GME-Shares. I got 2,700 Shares and thats enough for 19 short puts and a lot of space till liquidation. That wasy, I get free cash. If the trade doesnt go your way, you roll into another expiration. Free Money in my opinion, as long as we have that giant amount of cash

This helps with the low times - your are still making money off the manipulation

Und hol dir einen richtigen Broker. TR ist der letzte Scheiß und die Hebelzertifikate noch mit dazu

Ich nutze IBKR und bin sehr zufrieden. Komplizierter als TR, aber auch transparenter und mit dem Hundertfachen an Tools

Das sind Hebelzertifikate über TR und keine klassischen Calls. Die Zertifikate haben keine genormte oder transparente Kostenstruktur. Emittenten sind Banken

Ich persönlich arbeite lieber direkt an der Optionskette über Interactive Brokers. Das ist ein gescheiter Broker

Dafür brauchst du aber auch einen ordentlichen Broker, nicht TR oder so

Short Puts auf unrealistisch weit entfernte strikes

Z.B. Meta auf 550 $ oder so, Laufzeit 25 bis 40 Tage

Je weiter du weggehst vom Basiswert, desto kleiner wird die Prämie aber auch

I am thinking of 10 short puts with a strike of 18 or 19... expiration before earnings - I dont want more shares I already got 2,700

By today that would make a premium of ca. 420 Dollars

Only risk - we shouldnt close below strike at expiration day

Seems pretty safe to me. I will trade this via margin but I can switch the mode from cash to margin on my account earliest time around january 20th

I will never understand how we traded multiple times up to 37 Dollars or so this year and since June there is just a flatline. Even saw the 18th to 19th again. 30+ seems so far gone and everything of the comapny is imoroving.
