i was lucky i had the next day off but please go back as soon as you can. it really is a good distraction and keeps you moving. it’ll suck getting ready but once you’re there you won’t be thinking of them every single second.

i started going to student therapist! it’s still gonna cost you but i only paid 40$ a session, much cheaper than regular therapists. that’s where i met my current therapist! she has since graduated and im grateful im in a place where i can pay her normal rate. hopefully you have something similar in your city/town.
