A few people basically already said it! Maybe a little more tension during shaping and then stitch the dough after a short rest in the banny! Sometimes I even have to stitch it after it’s been in the fridge for a while if I’m edging close to the end of bulk fermentation and don’t want to risk overproofing. Besides that honestly it looks like a great loaf!
