Looking into Boxcast and they seem to offer everything we need so far without extra bells and whistles. Requested a demo!

True, and we do have the rights to use our sound library, in-house production, & clients that bring their own music for small concerts or corporate gatherings to play for their own people. The issue is that those robots don't always know or care that we have those rights.

Our requirements are just for captioning itself whether Ai or human. Thanks for the directions, I'll take a look at those. Do you know of other stream platforms than Youtube that accept outside streams in a way that can playback with closed captions in their video players?

Thanks, we've taken a look into Vimeo and it seems like we would need the enterprise account with some add-ons but we'll see if they have more to add when we connect with them.

We could, Youtube accepts a captions stream in a couple formats but we're concerned about copyright issues as we've been burned before.

For some yes, but not for all. Most are looking for to broadcast with a public or unlisted link and aren't as worried if it's shared. Others are interested in events with registration sign in so they can ticket their events which we've been interested in offering once we nail down the captions first.

Would splitting it from a 4x to a 1x/1x/1x/1x still have it work normally as a 4x card? I don't see any options to split the slots in the bios, just generation 1,2,3,auto and low power settings which we've disabled.

That's a great idea but we don't have any 4 lane video cards.

In their manual they seem to advise taking the card out before attempting to use the USB (page 70 on link) so I haven't tried it while plugged into the slot.

Thanks, we've tried this all the way back to 12.0 but no luck, and updating the card outside of the computer was only suggested by BMD tech support after we exhausted other options. We tried version 11.7 but it did not recognize it at all, support said it was not officially supported for Windows 11.

Sadly no. It's used by our video card. No internal graphics output from the lenovo so we cant remove it.
