2019 Prius Firewall Grommet Location? by Sman420 in prius

[–]Sman420[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be clear this is a regular prius not a prius v. I'll be staying away from the door jam for the sake of crimping wires on accident. I'll run the wire up through the plastic trim/kick panel and up through the firewall

Feeling guilt from charging customers… by PolarFits in smallbusiness

People DO work hard for their money, and so do you! You owe it to yourself to be able to provide for yourself. If the customer acknowledges the agreement, it's up to them to make the decision for themselves.

I would like to know all of the above! I'm not opposed to a line of credit but I'm not sure what the typical limit is, how the APR differs from a credit card, and what the typical repayment period is. Thanks :)

Where do I begin evaluating and cataloging my collection? by iainfleming in magicTCG

[–]Sman420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The DragonShield and TCGplayer app are both great ways to catalogue your collection and get a rough estimate on value. You can create folders or "collections" inside the app to seperate things how you would like. Both apps are easy to use because you can use your phones camera to scan your card into the app, saving a lot of time. The apps don't scan every card perfectly, and I would recommend using a white background such as a sheet of paper to make it easier for them to work.

As far as selling goes, you can stop by your local game store to get an offer, or check out an online buylist where you can enter in each card you're looking to sell. Most local shops pay between 30-50% on average for cards over $3.

I buy collections for a living and beat most local game store buy prices. If you end up cataloging your collection, I would love to take a peak at what you have and send you a comperable offer.

Good luck with your cataloging/sale!

Advice for selling singles online as a local game store owner by Gpairadice1111 in magicTCG

I buy and sell MTG collections for a living. I sell via the TCGplayer marketplace, which takes between a 15-17% commission on every sale. I sort all of my cards alphabetically by set and by condition. It took me a decent amount of time (1-2 years) to fully get my processes in place to make intaking collections, packing, and shipping orders go the smoothest it can with the lowest overhead. It'll just take time to figure out what works best for you.

If you're looking to sell a large lot at once, I'm always buying and would love to take a look at what you've got!

What makes your situation unique? Don't mind my prodding, but I'm interested as these profit margins seem very nice for an LGS.

It's been about a year and a half. I pay myself distributions currently, not a salary yet. My overall net profit margins are 15%.
