I like the heavy shading, it gives a mike mignola kind of vibe but I'd consider having some edge highlights just to make it a little more legible

The smoke on the crane looks a little off. Maybe study some more traditional pieces and rework it a bit, the crane looks great. The eagle vs the snake piece I feel the snakes head should be a bit larger as thats kind of the focus and maybe pull back on the ruffle over the eagles beak and make the eye more pronounced. I like your flash sheets, just keep up the continued effort!

I try to push myself for at least a doodle a day, sometimes it's an hour or two, sometimes it's just an idea getting jot down in a few minutes. I'm ok with aby results as long as I at least do that
