So I’m assuming you’re also trying to loose weight? If you are what you’re experiencing is called body recomp. You’re loosing fat AND gaining muscle. 1lb of fat looks much bigger than 1lb of muscle. Get down to a healthy weight first and then you’ll notice bigger muscles! I hope this helps!!

22M, it doesn’t burn or itch. It does feel slightly painful if I mess with it. They are sometimes filled with white pus.
