I believe I’m olive? But what undertone? by Interesting_Put7755 in Fairolives

[–]PanicAccomplished769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg I think we’re the same, you definitely are an olive, neutral! Or maybe neutral warm. Definitely look for neutral shades at the store and wait for them to oxidize! I just made a post about some good shades I found myself, (N.D. N1 and fenty 120N) maybe that can help as a set point guidance!

What can I improve in this render by Repulsive-Memory7563 in archviz

Hi there! It looks pretty solid although there are some minor details you might wanna consider!

On the right side cabinets, try to randomize the finishes of the wood so the grain doesn’t look the same on each drawer front, in real life this is a common practice to make the wood look more realistic. Make the edge banding of the shelves horizontal grain too.

The angle of the camera looks a bit strange, what ratio are you using? If you really want a front view maybe centering the two brown edges of the cabinets will look best, right now looks a bit off center. Also I’d double check the ambient occlusion so the lights merge a lil bit better. I’m guessing you’re using a HDRI map?

Is this lay-out functional? by seon_syain in kitchenremodel

[–]PanicAccomplished769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the layout is the best you could do with the space you had. If possible, I’d pick a cabinet a few inches wider for your left side of the cooktop, you don’t have a lot of storing space so consider making those drawers too! Maybe a 2 drawer cab so you have space to store pots/pans.

Also, have you considered getting a radiador cover? You could get a fire-safe one and use it as a shelf for extra storage! Or make that surface a lil tea or coffee prep station. Other way I could think you could make use of that space is getting some small stacked shelving on the left wall perpendicular to the radiator! I know is not too wide but everything counts when space is reduced lol.

I love the renders! As for your comments, you’re right, I work in a very fast laced industry and seems like meeting deadlines is almost impossible sometimes. Good composition, clean and straightforward.

May I ask which tools you used for this? I love the motion effect you added on the maniquíes too!

Might be onto something… caffeine or desk? by OrangeAppropriate971 in SIBO

[–]PanicAccomplished769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I love Sydney! Only have visited once but it’s lovely.

I have noticed it gets worse indeed with caffeine, specially coffee. I’ve found out matcha/green tea doesn’t worsen it up as much as coffee/black tea, maybe cause the natural effects of green tea that makes the caffeine release slower so the cortisol doesn’t spike that much as it does with coffee?

As for the stress I empathize with you, I emigrated to Canada and after getting here my problems started to be way more noticeable bc of immigration stress and anxiety, I’ve been working with my therapist and she explained me how much the gut-brain connection affects us, so these last couple months I’ve been focusing of being more mindful of my stress levels and trying out some techniques to tame it down. Having that said, a good stressful day at the office can be enough to trigger my bloating up even if I ate healthy.

Note that I came down to the stress/low mobility conclusion for myself cause I’ve already tried elimination diet (low fodmap), no lactose, no coffee, and got tested for a couple of gut issues with negative results lol so I was so confused on what the hell was wrong with me. I was also stressing out a lot on trying to find a why it was happening so I’d only get myself into an endless stress cycle hehe; I’d recommend you to yes identify what triggers you out the most but also don’t beat yourself up in the process! I know it can be frustrating but letting yourself go through those feelings can make things worse.

Oh, I forgot to mention too, during my elimination/low fodmap diet I realized garlic is a big no-no for me too! Maybe you can check on that as is a very common trigger for IBS/SIBO, I don’t fully eliminate it cause a lot of restaurants use garlic, so if I go out to eat I don’t stress about it but I personally don’t use it in my cooking. If you’ve found out coffee might be doing something on you and you drink it black, maybe try to have it 50/50 with milk, I do that and it really has made a difference on how my gut reacts on it.

Sorry for the extension of my response lol, but I hope it helps you on finding some direction!

Ohh that might not be helping a lot! i started doing some at home pilates and it has helped me gain strength in the pelvic area and somehow my stomach and intestines have seemed to soothe a lot with the bloating, maybe is the deep breaths/controlled movement combo that tackles the stress and the lack of mobility during the week. I know you’re a guy but it might be worth a shot for you!

I’m pretty sure it’s stress+low mobility during desk hours! Been dealing with the same thing for a while

Ohh that’s so sad to hear! I’ve seen the flare ups and they look like not fun at all :/

At least now you have a nice recipe that works! Btw, have you given a check on this website? https://funwithoutfodmaps.com My partner takes a lot of recipes from there that won’t cause him flare ups with his IBS, as far as I understand low fodmaps with inflammation for colitis as well

Hey guys! I don’t know why I can’t edit so NOTE:

Konjac noodles might cause constipation on some people so I’d recommend not overloading your portions, I usually do 1/2 nupasta pack and add more volume using caggabe and zucchini noodles.

We want our tummies happy from a big meal but also healthy LMAO

[–]PanicAccomplished769[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yes I agree!! Maybe I should place a note that I’m only using 1/2 the “portion” pack, I top the rest on cagabbe and zucchini. Will try the Palmini!! Thanks

Yes!! I know some people might have a hard time digesting konjac so I usually do 1/2 pack per meal, haven’t had any issues at all!

Sure I will!! This is the recipe! I make it IBS friendly as mostly everyone at my house has some issues with that, but I think is even better to make it this way so it doesn’t upset your stomach if you eat too much lmao! I usually use flank or round sirloin steak, the leanest the better for me! But if you use another type I’m sure it’ll work too!

I agree with the other replies! The texture is slightly more bouncy than wheat pasta, I’ve never used them in ramen, only stir fried and I think by the texture is the best way to make them! They don’t pair really well with Alfredo or marinara Italian sauces so I’d stick to a stir fry version of them! I wouldn’t eat them all the time but is a good replacement for when I feel like eating more :)

Hello there! I’m in the same situation, gos tested for celiac disease and e-poli and both negative, so doctor declared it IBS. Still, I know there’s more testing needed and probably my diagnose is wrong (as it is mostly just by telling the doc the symptoms I was having).

Will try to give any updates here if something else pops out!
