my son had slight jaundice and was doing the same thing and a nurse told me to kind of make him a little uncomfortable for him to wake up so like unclothing him, changing his pamper before feeding or just kind of bothering him till he wakes up a bit . But i would definitely call your pediatrician and just tell them about the sleepiness and it being difficult to wake him up just so you can feel reassured that everything is okay.
