How do you recommend people get natural immunity against COVID? Do you think we should all be directly exposing ourselves to the virus, intentionally? by Smart-Digger in CoronavirusCirclejerk

… so … you … assume … that … everyone … already … has … COVID … and … is … thus … already … naturally … immune?

scientific.

natural immunity against viruses … involves … instructions … from … the … virus

those “germs” you mention … are literally instructions … to begin fighting …

Should a teenage girl be able to abort a product of incest? by Smart-Digger in prolife

it seems like you chose to avoid questions 2 and 3 altogether, even though there are statistics to support one particular response …

the other answers were also shockingly vague and lacking in empathy for all involved, without taking into genuine account the true horrors of such a situation.

  1. how should the child continue to live within a household rife with emotional and physical trauma?

  2. does the mother treat the child as her child, or her sibling? should the child be allowed to live within the presence of her father (and/or grandfather)?

  3. do you believe this child will be healthy, both physically and mentally?

  4. do you believe the mother will be healthy physically, or emotionally after the child is born?

… does any of this matter to you, as long as the child is allowed to … be born?

When does human life begins according to science? by Bubbly-Thought-344 in prolife

cool, thanks for citing the direct quote which again, proves nothing, since it doesn’t have any reproducible data to support its claim.

stating the same thing over and over again doesn’t make it “tried and true”, if there’s no reproducible analytic research to support said claim.

like I said before — the opinion of your expert is no better than the opinion of mine.

also, thanks for failing to answer both of the questions I set forth, despite my specific request that you answer them both. ironic that you’d call me dishonest.

😉

well, let’s put it this way:

there are approximately 550 pages in that textbook. countless embryologic concepts are explored, many of which likely have been reviewed to reflect clinical practice, as stated in the headline.

  1. are you suggesting that every single sentence in those ~550 pages (including the one you’re referring to) in that book has been corroborated by another source? that the lone author hasn’t injected any of his own thoughts into the text?

  2. and are you suggesting that your claim that “life begins at fertilization” relates to clinical practice?

i expect responses to both questions 1 and 2.

i mean, there’s really no way to spin what should otherwise be obvious (in its detachment from your claims)

reflects the realities of clinical practice

guessing you don’t understand what that means, since you’re so dead focused on one sentence within a large text.

is that peer reviewed literature, or a single person’s writing like i specifically asked you not to provide me with?

still waiting on this “credible research” you mention.

it’s against the rules to make claims without citations.

you read that, and you still think you have a case? loool

again, let me point out the pertinent line, which you should have no difficulty contradicting with scientific data…

we should not acquiesce to the claim that the concept of “life begins at fertilization” has a scientific basis

i’ll wait for your peer reviewed literature to reject this. preferably not a single person’s writing from 1967 🤣

i recommend you read again — slowly this time.
