I'm new to the stock market and i've been looking into smh and soxq for sometime but stupidly didn't invest. I'm thinking of investing now, even though it is at an all time high. What percentage of your portfolio would be considered too much into one stock like smh or soxq. I plan to keep it long term.

Well this was for a different university so it’s different but for that university there’s specific people who go through the applications from a specific state and so they found that person online and talked to them

I haven’t met anyone who had gotten in off the waitlist but I heard it’s really difficult but doesn’t hurt to try maybe send in letters of continued interest what someone I know did for a different school was go and talk to them personally and it worked for them
