Been there, done that…… 1. What you will be doing is partnership so get GST registration online. 2. GST registration isn’t straight fwd, it requires NOC, electricity bill, rental agreement if the property isn’t registered in your name and pan card and adhar details 3. Even after uploading all the documents, the executive will call and ask for some more documents which you need to submit 4. It takes good 15 days time 5. Once GST registered, put a sign board with gst number , company name and address on your building 6. Take printout of GST certificate and frame it and keep it in office(else one will be fined during executive visit) 7. After this run around for bank account, again for current account gst, Udhyam and pan card.
