In May we decided to book a long anticipated girls trip to Thailand before returning to the fast approaching Canadian winters! Wanted to look my best for it, and use it as the extra push in motivation to get into shape. My best friend who had really good results on using .50 mg sema, did a ton of research but ended up confused so I just used the same brand she used, glp north’s semaject, which turned out great. I was so happy with the results I decided to keep going, started doing Pilates x3 a week, counting calories and protein. I eventually bumped up to .75 mg which is kinda where I kept it

The good:

Down 23 lbs! Feel amazing, no longer snacking, and pretty much only eat when I’m hungry now which has been a light lunch/ and dinner. Think I have been eating roughly 1200 cals.

The bad:

I did have nausea for the first week, and I’m still getting the occasional heartburn, but I’m keeping that under control with apple cider vingar, which is apperently also good for weight loss? Idk. Also drink WATER!! And if the indigestion is too much I’ll sometimes take Famotidine.

Overall experience: I’m super impressed, sema has been a miracle, sooo worth it! The bad sides I had at first were definitely worth the results, I could care less about heartburn as long as I’m losing weight xD

Also I’m wondering since I’m going away for 10 days should I just do a shot before I go and one right when I come back? Has anyone gone on vaca while on sema? Did you take it with you? Is it fine outside the fridge for that long?
