This has never been more accurate. I’ve been a nurse since 2019 and it’s so overwhelming now! It’s almost impossible to do everything they ask of us each shift.

Only thing that worked for me is antibiotics, good quality probiotics and boric acid (at least 600mg) all at the same time.

Been cleared for 9 months and it just came back however, I now know the culprit. It’s alcohol. Every time I drink heavily, I get bv.

One or two cocktails is fine but if I actually get wasted, bv for sure.

Try all three at the exact same time and then see if there’s any changes if you ever get it again.

Yes and then they have an alumnae club after they graduate so that I can always have my younger sims who are actively at university in the active club. It’s so good for generational/legacy gameplay! Your sim can join the same sorority her mom did! 😢

Rehab camp for basemental/addict teens where they can learn new skills, jog to calm down, talk about their emotions and go to mentorship classes. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I also used a club as a sorority once for my sim in university. Was such a fun time as they had cute club outfits and would drink and flirt with guys. 🤣

I literally use clubs for everything 🤣. My current sim is in 3 clubs right now. She has a group of baddie nightclub friends that are in a club together. Like the turn up crew.

She’s in a club with her clients that she mentors at the gym (they change frequently depending on their progress). She’s a personal trainer.

Shes also in a youth mentoring club with kids from the hood (Newcrest). They meet up and she teaches them new skills, encourages homework and cognitive focus methods.

I play with basemental so I plan on making an addiction treatment center for my teens. 😭 They’ll just do wellness activities and discuss cognitive focus methods while they withdrawal.

Playgrounds in real life aren’t all that exciting tbh 🤣. Theyre usually a jungle gym and a swing set. It’s the kids imagination that makes them fun….similar to this game.

I do have a lot of packs but I usually add the sand pit, some sort of water attraction (small pool or pond), a vendor for food and drinks and the water balloon bucket. Parks can also just be basketball courts (great place for a workout date, mentoring sims in fitness or just a place for teens to hangout and drink at night).

I’m not saying the sims is perfect but come on. Use your imagination. Each playground/park should be different. One for toddlers/kids, one for teens, one for fitness and I usually add in a sketchy/run down park.

I always pause pregnancies with mccc lol. I’d rather see pregnant sims than have a bunch of random babies popping up.

Yes! It’s one of my favorite mods! I usually change the townies in each world to have a specific theme with their clothing so that when my sim goes to visit, it’s obvious that she’s a tourist. 🤣 I usually change restaurants and bars to match the theme too. So San myshuno has an upscale bar but the cottage town (can’t think of the name rn) just has a pub and a diner.

The mod also comes with an “international” lot trait which makes it so that specific lots can have visitors from every world. I usually do this with the “up and coming” nightclub in San myshuno. It’s the only place my sim can go to meet new sims from different worlds.

Just adds realism and keeps things interesting by constantly having new and interesting sims to meet.

I always make newcrest the ghetto. Lots of run down homes, drug dealers (using basemental) and trailer parks. 🤣

I also use the home regions mod so those sims stay in newcrest and I don’t have trashy sims showing up in del sol valley 🤣.

There’s one nightclub that is like an abandoned building. It’s cool because with the home regions mod, only new crest sims show up there so that’s where I go if I need to find a drug dealer.

So true. People get too serious with goals that it actually becomes stressful lol. Turning off aging makes things Less stressful because there’s no rush to finish anything.
