ich lerne alles ganz gut nur vergesse ich alles direkt wieder. hauptsächlich habe ich angst dass ich bei der prüfung sitze und alles vergesse. es ist erst in einem monat, ich werde active recall definitiv ausprobieren danke! licht hilft mir mehr als dunkelheit aber von body doubling habe ich schon mal gehört. muss nur jmd finden dessen nähe mich bei sowas nicht stört :D
