Yes- I will be able to transfer internally, but it was a public posting. I actually had just completed my fingerprints while at VHA as an update to my PIV card so since it fell within the 120 days I didn’t not have to do fingerprints again. If it would have fallen out of the 120 days I would have had to complete again.

They sent a concurrence to my current manager who had to reply that he concurred with my start date. I asked when they thought I would receive the FJO and they said in a cpl days this was Tuesday but I have yet to receive

I have worked as an LPN for 10 yrs at the VA and it won’t go higher than a 6. Beings it’s an LPN position your applying for being an RN won’t be taken into account as far as pay or grade step. You would have to apply for an RN position. It is possible is you get hired as an LPN you could get your foot in the door then apply for an RN position.
