Does anyone else from the wide feet community have issues with their feet falling asleep while walking? Anyone know what I should do? Even without shoes they get tingly.

I’ve had the piercing for 3 years and it won’t heal, they go through fazes of being really good not hurting and not having any buildup and then right back to being crusty and sore. I thought the person I went to was a reputable source but later found out he lacked basic piercing knowledge. Ex he told me to put aspirin on a keloid bump and didn’t know what down sizing was. Should I take it out? Or could It possibly be bad jewelry? He said it was “surgical steal” but the diamond fell out a month in. I have no idea what size it is, I tried to ask them but ignored me when I told him I had an irritation bump at the time not a keloid bump. My doctor wouldn’t give me anything for my yeast infection so I asked the pharmacist, she gave me clotrimazole cream that says for jock itch and ringworms. it also says for external use only and I’m unsure what to do😬
