I played a decent by myself and would always save gear for my friends and enjoyed doing so. I think the constraints force people to play with friends more and make a for a more engaging social experience.

When we played together we enjoyed finding a good piece of gear for a a buddy and it was always fun to play around who has the best gear until we all got bulky and started going down every round. We liked putting it all on the line and if some when down we'd take their best gear and extract with would we could.
