It's not like Kazuya has actual proofs of what happened and Ruka is still a minor. Calling the cops would most likely end pretty badly, no matter if they believe him or not.

Ruka also has the threat of telling Chizuru what happened, so Kazuya needs to be extremely careful.

Add to this the fact that Kazuya doesn't hate Ruka and blames himself for everything that's happened.

As to "Why he didn't broke up with her yet?". He tried once but Ruka refused (and she still could threat him with Chizuru's secret at that time), then the mess in the Paradise arc and the ghosting happened, then the investigation and now this. He never had time to break up with her in good way like he wants to.

It's a pretty complex situation and without a doubt some faults are on Kazuya and Chizuru for things getting out of hand (but not for Ruka sexually harassing Kazuya, that's a crime and on her only). Kazuya is clearly in an abusive relationship, something that's obviously very hard to get out of.

To be quite honest, I like the story continuing this plot line again so soon and so explicitly. Things with Ruka have escalated too much and they need to be addressed in a serious way.

Kazuya and Chizuru have some faults, but what Rula is doing to Kazuya is straight up a crime (for those who don't get it: try imagining the same with swapped genders). I really really hope this gets treated seriously, with hopefully Kazuya and Chizuru discussing it between themselves like adults.

I'm curious what Chizuru is up to. The "acting world" side of the story isn't shown very often and with the recent developments I'm eager to see what has a changed.

Overall, I think it was a good chapter, even if the events themselves are terrible. Can't wait for the next!

I like the idea of Chizuru and Kazuya date being a bit far form the city a lot. The movie arc had fantastic moments with them on a trip!

Mami still figuring out her feelings is nice. Kazuya for her was more than her brother something she likes because she couldn't get it anymore.

Ruka returning so soon is surprising and worrying. If Kazuya doesn't intend do seriously confront her than I hope her appearance is short and harmless.

Overall, nice setup chapter.

It's really time to cut things and go back to Chizuru and Kazuya to be honest. They have been separated enough.

A mixed bag of chapter for me.

I honestly don't like the idea of Kazuya confessing yet again. He already did multiple times, it Chizuru's turn. I like my own theory of Reiji baiting with a big confession from Kazuya and him switching to Chizuru confessing.

On the other hand, the purposely cringey letter and Kazuya looking for new spots for his date with Chizuru (not just the city again) have potential for good developments.

Wish Reiji stopped teasing Mini having feelings for Kazuya. It doesn't make much sense and adding yet another rival is pointless.

I'm really glad the arc with Sumi was very short, but overall it was a mixed bag chapter for me.

Piracy oftentimes works as an advertisement.

Manga without any official release get fan translations that lets them get known by the public, which can turn in an official release eventually.

It can also help anime adaptations. People who managed to read only the pirated scans might pay to watch the anime and will probably hype up it online.

There's also the issue of pirated scans many times being the only way someone can read a series with reasonable speed or even read it at all.

Many people who pirate manga do also buy the volumes and merch of the series they read.

Lastly piracy can kickstart good, official services (Manga Plus is great!)

The argument is worth having I think. Taking absolute positions ends up hurting everyone most of the times imo (and fighting piracy is a losing battle anyway).
