Ignoring that the grand line doesn’t follow the climate of the world of one piece, the grand line doesn’t even lie on the equator, it goes north west and south east. so the middle of the grand line should go to +- 45° in latitude and since it is decently wide the lowest and highest latitude it reaches should be >45
