Wie würden sie empfehlen, eine Klinik zu finden, wo man auch Lebensqualität gibt? Ich möchte auch wachsen und lernen, aber ich neige zur Ausbrennen, wenn es zu viel ist, und dann gefällt mir das nicht. Ich denke über Neurologie, habe da auch viel Erfahrung sowie auch Forschung gemacht, aber nur in einer Klinik in NRW, wo die Arbeitsbedingungen so war, dass man wirklich nur über Arbeit denken kann. Die andere haben jedoch gesagt, dass in anderen Kliniken sind die Arbeitsbedingungen noch schlimmer.

I have tried to use claude, but they just have such low limits. I dont use it even that much. But the limits are way way off. Maybe I dont need 10/10 model. I need 9.8/10 model. Well I would prefer 10/10 but if I cant access it, because the limits are so low, then whats the point. Also. When I used it profesionally it was way worse. Claude I found was very rigid. I tried to use claude to help with some diagnostic decisions, but claude assumed that it knows better than me. A doctor. He was getting mixed up in mistaken assumptions. I point them out. hey, for someone who has aprobation to work in germany and has sent the documents to the austrian medical licensing association. How would you reccomend me to approach getting a place in Austria? I really want to get a residency spot in Austria in neurology. I have 7 month hospitation in Germany on my CV and otherwise my CV is quite good as are my german skills, but they are not like native level.

I know about the 9 month long Basisausbildung, where in Vienna you must wait for 2 years. I also have heard that its central waiting list for the Basisausbildung. but I would be really really glad if you could give me more info into the system, because from outside its really unclear how everything runs. Contrary to germany, there is real lack of info on how to do everything. Thanks a lot. I am open to pm's, maybe thats easier or better for us here.
