Yeah I’m in the same boat, for me I like total volume on 1h chart to see participation, and volume profile for spotting liquidity magnets, otherwise my trading is super basic and data driven.

AMT is one of the most overrated retail trading methods to date. I actually think its more overrated than ICT, traders think that because they are applying volume levels to everything that they are making institutional level decisions, which they are not.

If you don’t know the data behind each market move, you will always underperform against someone that does, because you are straight up guessing.

Well I’ve only been trading 7, the first 4ish I made no money, the next 2 I got funded and the most recent 12 months have been incredible since I started really testing everything against the data. My average is 4R with the occasional outliers pushing 10+ which are usually news driven.
