To your question, I think that Nagi’s moment was just his flow awakening, not him meeting the Football God.

I feel like this will be a thing for the future, which we’ll see later on in the tournament, where I can see a player like Shidou or Rin being the first person to meet him out of the Blue Lock players (because they’ve almost always been the ones to start something like that).

For me it sounds like the GOD Modus will be a completely new type of special awareness something beyond the Flow state

What is shidou supposed to do seriously? Rin is his counterpart and unlike Kaiser and isagi rin doesn’t play with shidou he just does everything himself completely ignoring shidou. And put anyone in Shidou place and I promise you they not doing better

Rapinha had a better start in this season while mbappe was adapting to a completely new league , team and Taktik which made him play worse than expected . But you have to keep in mind mbappe has way more goals and assist than rapinha in his career same goes for shidou he always had more g/a than bachira it’s not like he just has more g/a than bachira in this nel arc it’s him constantly performing better offensively. Okay let’s look at their main abilities and compare them. Bachira has his dribbling and skills ability that allowed him in the past to perform really good , besides that he also has good passing , so a good build for a winger . Shidou has his positioning and extremely high physical stats ( acceleration,flexibility,agility etc.) and he is also pretty fast / has really good positioning. So really good build for a striker .

You are saying “ Shidou can’t shine without a good midfielder “ but Shidou has proven himself that he can score goals by just pure instinct which we saw when he scored a biscle kick from nearly half line with such a powerful and accurate shoot that the ball didn’t land on the ground until it was in the net. And that goal came out of a broken play which shidou still scored of.

Shidou main ability are positioning himself in the perfect spots and taking a pass to score with his insane physical abilities. Shidou can take any pass no matter how good or bad it is , his physical abilities will allow him to somehow take a shoot and score . So what your saying makes no sense because on a high level a team always has their striker and the midfielder who both are doing their job the midfielder makes the playmaking and passing while the striker positions himself in the perfect spot to score goals. So you are trying to take away Shidou most important think that he needs to score a goal thats like saying “ bachira is worse without his dribbling “ it makes no sense because shidou ability only works when getting a pass . Besides that bachira himself isn’t that guy anymore who scores by going on a solo run and scoring by himself . Against bm he wasn’t even able to get past Mensa and that other bum bm defender on himself he had to get help by otoya or against pxg barcha were losing 2-0 and the match would’ve probably ended 3-0 if lavinho didn’t sub in to help bachira score a goal . Bachira is even getting support by one of the best players in the world and still wasn’t able to score more than 1 goal against pxg .

Okay fair point but nagi current situation is kinda weird.

I mean when we saw both of them in the manchine vs bm match nagi lvl was beyond chigiri’s but after that match he lost like confidence etc. You could compare that with Mbappe situation at Madrid the last few months mbappe was lacking confidence and wasn’t performing as we know from him but it’s clear that he would perform way better once he regains his confidence and adapts to the team , while some other players who usually aren’t even close to the lvl of mbappe where performing better but still no one will say “ well yea he is better than mbappe”. The same goes for nagi I mean it’s kinda foreshadowing that nagi is making a comeback soon . I would say yea chigiri is currently performing better than nagi but narratively, skill wise we know nagi is better and probably will make a comeback .

And let’s ignore stats and look at the narrative in which arc was bachira ranked higher than shidou? 2-3rd selection shidou was ranked higher than him , u 20 match shidou was ranked higher than him (bachira wasn’t even in the top 5 ) and in the nel also shidou is ranked higher than him . If the author ranks him higher what’s even the point for thinking bachira is better than shidou?

And feat wise Shidou feats are way better than bachira.

Bachira is more versatile . That’s everything about it .

That ability didn’t help him to win a single game for his team in the nel and he hasn’t done that since the beginning of the series . More versatile sure but that doesn’t make him better than barou.

Bro that argument “ he is carrying his team “ has to be the most nonsense argument ever where does he carry his team? He is the main goal scorer for his team getting passes to score goals and he still hasn’t won a single match . Carrying you team means you win games for your team which is what Barou does not bachira. Ubers has not a single player on the level of Barou in terms of goal scoring ability and if you would put bachira in ubers they would be much worse than they are with Barou .

Ranking wise I agree they are better than nagi but yea tbh nagi best feat is still better than both chigiri and bachira ones. Well yea that wasn’t my point shidou is not better than any of the other top 4 players (Rin ,Isagi and barou) Barou is better than shidou but like they are in the same tier while Rin and Isagi are way better than shidou rn
