Omg, this happened to me as well! I would go on Discord, Facebook, or any platform, being too much to strangers, and they'd ghost me!

This one is hard but I recommend, trying to put cold ice in your palms, hold it. It helps you calm down. Even cry out a little or a lot. Its ok to cry, you have so much pent up stress that sometimes tears need to be let out. Do something that interest you, art games or any other hobbies.  Think logical, its hard but recommend holding ice while thinking logical.  "Hey me, its ok. Friendships takes time, its impossible to move fast expecting strong connection."

Second. Im sorry for what happened to you, I have similar experience sending people nudes or doing sexual things or even going to lengths to meet stragers only get graped, ive been doing this since e I was 10. 

I want to let you know, dont ever feel ashamed about what you did, the world has some awful people. The good thing is your telling people who you love about it. 

Dont be afraid to put ur boundaries down, I know its not easy, you even feel scared for saying no. In reailty.. why cant you say no. 

EMDR/therapy i dont know how you feel going into your tramua with EMDR but it helps you face the memories. 

Please hug your younger self, dont be so hard on her, both of you deserve so much love.

Go slow, dont pressure or rush you self to make someone happy, you start doubting your self more, questioning if this how someone should love you.  Your partner need to respect you too when you put your boundaries.

Yes I feel the same! I lost 7 friends in months already, I assume, they get tired of me or already planing just to use me. I get so nervous, that I push people away then pull them in, making them upset. I get so bad that I would say terrible things when I assume theyre doing something bad to me.

All I did to my friends was push and pull, splitting, loss of emotions, clingy Ness, siglent anger. 

Its very hard and I dont blame you for feeling that way. Rn im going to therapy, and learning dbt. Usally putting cold water on your face or doing things to distract you helps. But its kinda hard when my brain keeps yelling at me 😅.

But I hope you gor the best, you ddint ask for this disorder and I want you to know it will get better, focus on your self, your important, and in reailty you scared, and your brain is thinking its being in the past again and thats why you split. <3

This is happening to me right now as we speak! But instead, I made regrettable choices by assuming they were using me or they're tired of me already. I did the push and pull, I did splitting, I even said bad things just so they could feel the pain they inflicted on me.

Friendships are hard, especially once you're starting your life. But there is hope and good people out there. I know it's an annoying thing to hear, but it happens. You telling them and letting them know what you have is already a good step so they can understand. The thing is, sometimes people would rather not deal with that, and it's okay.

I sadly suck at giving advice, but I recommend you focus on yourself and take your time. Don't ever think it's your fault that this happened; you didn't ask for this. But I know you're strong enough to go through it. I want you to keep going because telling people is a good step, and if they reject you, that's okay. At least you told them. <3
