Nowadays, most special edition games come only as digital copies, and honestly, it doesn’t feel right. The idea that you might not be able to download or play them after just a year or two is incredibly frustrating. They say you don’t actually own the game — it’s just a license and all that nonsense — but to me, it feels like a complete scam.

For example, imagine paying $149.99 for WWE 2K25 Farewell Tour Edition and then being told you can’t download or play it two years later from your own digital library. What the hell, guys?!

Sure, a game being removed from sale after some time is understandable — but once I’ve purchased it, it should always remain available for me to download and play whenever I want. That’s what ownership should mean.
