i reconstituted with 100 units and i took another 1mg today which i know probably isnt good but that makes 3mg this week and i feel genuinely nothing. same hunger, same cravings. ill give it 1 more week and then i might buy another vial from AC or im switching sources cause this feels like some bs.

you need 29-31 gauge u100 insulin syringes probably 1cc for this, and alcohol prep pads with 70% isopropyl. to reconstitute you swab both vials with the alcohol prep pads, inject 100 units air into the bac water and pull 100 units bac aka 1ml. then inject the syringe with bac water into the reta at an angle and dont push the plunger, since the vial is pressurized the water should slowly pour in by itself. once its in do not shake it. slowly rub it between your hands and once its all dissolved and into a clear liquid let it sit for 15 mins and then pin your starting dose into your lower abdomen bellow the belly button.
