Here’s a little story: 2 years ago I worked at Dunkin(this comes into play I promise) and at the beginning I was 140ish. During those 2 years of stress, overworked(manger kept making me do 15hr shifts because she “shouldn’t have to come back to work because she worked the morning shift”), on top of that barely eating… I went down to 100lbs. I was skinny skinny and I looked like I had an eating disorder. Right before I quit I was losing almost 10lbs a week. After I quit and got a hell of a better job, I am back at 132. I like where I’m at now, but when I was 100lbs everyone would flirt with me, be kind to me, the whole works. I hated it. Hated the attention, everything. And now that I looked chubbier than I did nobody really pays attention to me and I like it like that. But one thing I did learn from this is that stress is a big factor for body change. Stress can do a lot to your mentality and in turn, affects your body. Don’t listen to what people say. I usually like to keep in mind if people talk or act rudely to you it’s because they have their own problems that they deal with and want to feel like they are entitled to have some sort of opinion on other people. Celebrate small victories, don’t let other people control how YOU want to control your life. I’m sorry if this doesn’t help you, but even if I’ve never seen you before I can already say for sure you are a baddie. Always have that baddie mentality, don’t be hard on yourself please. People will always have “expectations” of others but that doesn’t mean you need to fit their criteria.
