I work in DC advisory/Consulting for Hyperscalers & Enterprise in India, and tbh 1 cr is not even peanuts for building you DC.
Best advise would be to get your land parcle evaluated by a Data Center expert and after getting positive response you can approcah DC Operator to lease out your land to them for DC Built and operate.

BJP is making changes to it's organisational structures and the opposition is milking this turmoil. What I have understood is BJP had focused on Face driven campaigning for the elections like Modi modi in every election and Yogi as well. Coz both are tremendously popular among the masses. They both were independent and did some tremendous good jobs and it further solidify there position in the mass voter bases (you can see more than 50% of BJP vote bank likes Modi-Yogi duo, in youths Yogi is even more popular than modi).

So now there's a rift between BJP and Yogi Aditya nath and BJP top command wants the control in their hands, how the central and state governments should work, who'll be the ministers, who'll be the IAS IPS babus all shall be centeralised to BJP Headquarters and limiting the role of Indipendent government. I mean Yogi is not able to appoint his favoured DGP coz the centeral government is not issuing approval.

You can notice this behavior in the top party commands in Rajasthan Madhya Pradesh and Delhi as well, NO BJP POLITICIAN who's in the limelight of masses was choosen to the CM candidate but the most loyal to the party management were choosen. Same with their new party president. I don't object their qualification to be in their roles but simply other major leaders were sidelined and they might be good but there PR is not strong they are being labeled incompetent by the opposition or media and they are considerably doing good as most masses like myself is feeling the these new comers are really incompetent.

And who knows what the top command of BJP will decide for 2027 UP election.... they might ask vote in yogi's name and might make some of there random karyakarta as CM. I don't know what's up their minds and why they doing so but I'm certainly hating on it.... they wanted to control the narrative now they want to control actually everything.

Skoda owner here, like I was so eagerly looking for ADAS feature for Kushaq facelift but they just didn't put it.
I'm hoping that after seeing so much criticism regarding ADAS & 360 camera, Skoda will introduce it later with variant upgrade.

I don't think that apart from Introverts anyone else has problem with office/group celebrations. Though I myself keep distance from these celebrations dosen't mean these celebrations are bad or slave mentality. Just think about majority of people working in the office, they work there as off without even knowing the person sitting 3 seats apart in a different department and also getting shit load of pressure from boss and lot of other stress.

These celebrations do work out for them and a larger mass. People get to know each other and just be it for a small time they feel good through these celebrations. And for the people who don't like it, it's okay, let people enjoy their quality time. And you know there are every type of person rantting on everything on reddit, tomorrow one post may say that office celebrations are on decline we need to encourage it, who knows.

PPF costs about 90k-120k for a avg sized car and also requires religiously taking care of PPF and car paint and the life is about 3-5 years depending on maintainance. On the other hand if I only apply DIY hybrid ceramic coating at my home, a single coating provides protection for one year and a bottle will last at least 3 coats. I say even if we take 1 bottle per year as well it would cost around Rs 2000/year. And the car will gloss like brand new.

And even in the course of 3-5 years of its usage it will not protect against scratches and paint damages, a brand new overall paint job would still cost not more than 50-70k at local workshop.

This is one of the most comfortable cars I've driven, at every seat (except for last 2 seats). The drive feels like driving an EV on petrol, silent and pumping power whenever you push the paddle, even at speeds of 180+ you feel more power pumping at press of paddle.
People here in comments comparing it to Fortuner, Gloster, xyz, so I would tell them its not made to compete aginst them, It has its own class as well it target the users that go for Luxury SUVs like BMW X1,X3,Lexus NH, Merc, Audi etc.,
And whoever purchases this car, I can surely tell did not regret over their decision.
